Litter, trash. It creates less waste.

And releases gases that destroy the atmosphere and people's lungs!
But I see your point.

Plus I'd also probably do it just for fun.

That could get annoying. You're working hard on your homework when suddenly - FWOOOM! "Whoops."

Well, you'd have to be thinking about lighting it on fire, so yeah.

Are you saying you never think about lighting your homework on fire?

No, actually.

Now that I think about this, it sounds sort of demonic. Especially with a spirit guide thing. You should investigate more into this before continuing, JeanTheFox.

I should train in the arts of telekinesis. It makes perfect sense, even science wise.
I'll meditate now! Meditating is fun, cus you get to relax and just freely think. Even if you don't want to seek deeper into the thoughts, meditating is nice! Time to go to youtube for some music!
My set goal... is to bend water. It's going to take a lot of determination
EDIT: Plain moving things is awesome enough! I'm just going to annoy my math teacher with telekinesis!
Math teacher: Hey wheres my pencil?
*pencil is rolling, stops, door opens, then starts rolling again*
Math teacher: O_o....
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEK

The spirit guide thing creeps me out too, since I'm catholic, but to me, telekinisis is pretty normal.

the scientific side says this is unlikely without proof, but the side I want to be true is that I could train a group of my friends the be a telekinetic army of epic annoyingness!
but still, my other question... Instructions please!

Okay, it sounds EPIC, but I'm still kind of doubtful about it. Maybe if you can make some proof? (Sorry if I'm trying to be scientific)

Awesome! Don't get discouraged easily; you need a lot of determination!

But now that I think about bending water, whereas solid molecules are tightly packed, liquid molecules move fast enough to overcome enough attraction between them to move freely. That would take a huge amount of determination.
Go for it!

Sure! What do you want instructions for? Telekinesis? Meditating?

When 16Skittles tells me what kind of instructions he wants, would that qualify as proof to you?

both, I guess... telekinesis would be more epic, but what's better than arguing in your head with a brain person to pass time?

I'm not 16Skittles, but I'd like instructions on meditating. Not for proof or anything, because I completely believe you, but just to know.

Okay, first I'll start with telekinesis.
About
As you may already know, telekinesis is the ability to emit energy from your mind to move an object on the physical plane. This may take a while; telekinesis is not like going to the bathroom. While humans possess this ability it has not been used for many years. By not activating this area of the brain, humans have naturally forgotten the ancestral memory of telekineses. However, by doing the correct exercise you can get that area of your brain going again.
How to do it
It's easiest to start with something light and solid. I would suggest an aluminum pin, but you can't really pick that up off the ground, so just go with a toothpick. Make sure it is round, though.
Now place the toothpick on a flat surface and make sure you take in all the details. If you don't, it will be a lot harder for you to do the following step.
Now close your eyes and get into your state of mind. Envision the table and the toothpick. Make sure the picture is nice and crisp or it may not work. Now envision and gust of wind blowing the toothpick away from you. Just keep thinking this.
It may take anywhere from ten minutes to half an hour to get the toothpick to move on your first try. If it doesn't, don't get discouraged. try again tomorrow with another state of mind or another surface.
Meditation is much easier. I like to lock myself in my room and wear earmuffs. I lie down on my bed, but some people prefer sitting in the cross-legged position. It doesn't matter so long as your body provides no distractions. Breathe through your nose with slow, deep breaths. Let your body calm down. If thoughts invade your peace, simply breathe in and imagine them, then breathe out and imagine the thoughts leaving through your nose.
That is meditation. To call upon your guide, do the following;
Once your mind has been emptied and you are at total peace, envision yourself in a garden. You are sitting on a stone bench, flowers all around you. In front of you, there is a small path leading up to a mountain.
Think, 'Enter my garden, spirit guide. Enter my garden.' again and again.
If you hear a buzzing in one of your temples, your guide is attempting to communicate with you. You may see a light in front of you, but that did not happen to me on my first try.
Hope this helps

Yeah. Like I said, I don't believe it really has any relation to religion. I think it is a way to communicate with your subconscious.

One time my bedroom door closed by itself. At first I thought it was ghosts, then that I did it with my mind, but then I realized it was just the wind.
I was sooo stupid back then.
