Do you really want to keep talking about this? It's kind of shying away from the original idea of the topic...

But to speak to your spirit guide you imagine yourself in a place of peace, and meditate. A light begins to form and you get a buzzing in your temples. If you continue meditating, you can actually see and hear your guide.

My idea of what this could be is that your subconscious picks up a lot of information your conscious may deem irrelevant. There is a theory that within every person there is an (are) alter-ego(s). When you lose control of your mind, as in insanity, MPD may occur, which is your alter-ego(s) going into your conscious and taking control of your body. Your actions may be influenced by or taken control of by your alter-ego(s) if you don't have a strong grip on your mind. I guess my alter ego is Jake, my guide. He always disagrees with me and gives all the reasons he knows of why.

What's a temple? And how (as in what position) should I meditate?

ummm, even video wouldn't be proof... instructions or it didn't happen.    as far as if I believe, do you want the answer from the scientific side of me, or the side that I want to be right? 

This sounds really cool, but unfortunately I'm going to have to be honest and not believe you.  I believe the human mind can be capable of telekinesis, and perhaps the minor movement of objects, but I can't believe psi ball part, because I believe energy cannot take a physical form other than lightning, which even then is not physical but only visible.

Not trying to say "you're lying this isn't possible,"  I merely think it's implausible.

Also, if you're telling the truth and can prove it, that's unbelievably awesome.

The lightning bolt is made of plasma, energized gas molecules.

And the psi ball makes perfect sense; there are two areas on the palm of your hand called chakras which are areas you can conduct energy to from your brain. You are energizing the gas molecules and shattering them to positive and negative particles that hold electrical energy in their structure. Shaping the energy, once again, comes from the chakras and pushes additional energy waves onto the plasma and concentrates it into a ball. The ball, which does contain matter, can be pushed or thrown.

Well, I have been rendered completely wrong.

I guess it's possible.  But would take incredible amounts of brain energy.  Anyways, awesome time!
