I don't really see what's wrong with it. "Blow it" simply means "mess up." It doesn't have to be taken that way unless you really twist it. And please avoid naming other users in a situation like this, okay?
By the way: I do agree that we should be able to flag comments, I just disagree with your example.

Hmm, it seems I have the ability to flag comments [LOL, I can even report my own comment!]
On my browser (Firefox), I noticed that I'm logged out of the suggestions website everytime I turn off the browser, so I have to log back in in order to vote or report comments/suggestions. Are you guys seeing no report button when logged into the suggestions website?
