Just wanted to know, because Scratch is an easy to use music maker.

You can't export the sound blocks as a music file but you can get a program which records the screen and sound. Extract the audio and save as an mp3. I've done it loads of times.

I recommend Audacity; it's free and good at recording, can also save sound as an mp3.

While Scratch isn't exactly the most exceptional music making program in the world, there isn't really a way to do so directly. As previous posters have mentioned, recording the screen then extracting the audio should do the trick.
