You should NEVER fight back when somebody is mean to you. You can see the link in my signature, 'flag, dont fight' about it. It is another forum post by Andresmh about this exact thing. You should just simply click the 'flag as inappropriate' button below the comment and it will be deleted and send a message to the scratch team/moderators. I'm not sure exactly how you can get your account unblocked, you might ask the scratch team about that through the "contact us" link at the bottom of every page. And about your friend, you probably shouldn't worry, maybe their internet crashed or something. Once it happened to me, and I couldn't do anything on the internet for a month.
