Good Cheese:
Mozzarella
Parmesan (Although I dislike the smell, its like Cat food.)
Brie
Blue Cheese
Wensleydale
Havarti
Pepperjack

Bad Cheese:
Cheddar
Swiss

I'm surprised no one has mentioned smoked gouda cheese yet, because I think that tastes just awesome. I also like cream cheese. Come to think of it, I like most soft cheeses.  tongue
