What are you carving into a pumpkin this year? I'm carving the Republican Party elephant into mine (haters gonna hate)

We'll be carving it this year, and have carved it for the past 10+ years(I'm 10).

I don't know what I'll be carving my pumpkin as this year
In the past, I've always just drawn a face on it with triangle eyes and a regular half-circle mouth and cut that out. I've always sucked at cutting the pieces out so I tried to make it as easy as possible.
I'll probably be carving some pumpkins tonight, so yeah.. I don't know

Halloween isn't really so big in Australia- so we don't carve pumpkins.
They really seem to be trying to force it this year though. There are halloween decorations EVERYWHERE. At malls, shops, even some streets in the city.

It does seem like it gets more commercial every year. More decorations, fancier costumes. Another way to boost the economy I guess. But getting back on track...
Pumpkins! I'm not doing one this year...but a few years back, when we lived on a street with lots of trick-or-treaters, I made a 8 foot tall Pumkinosaurus Rex with a body made of sticks and branches and a carved pumpkin head. It was pretty creepy

I made a giant cat face. It's whiskers, eyes, and nose lights up. Don't forget it's mouth!

Not to start a political argument, but...
I shouldn't even go there. But look at the democratic section at CafePress.
Back on topic, I don't know yet.

I was going to do a cat, but I sided against it.
I'm about to go carve my pumpkin, though, (I have to wait for my dad to finish my sister's) and I decided to make it resemble John Lennon
But, since I suck at carving pumpkins, I'll probably break it, have to get a new pumpkin tomorrow, and just carve a cat face into it.

I wonder if anyone will think it silly if I carve a pumpkin into my pumpkin..

No, I broke it and turned the broken pumpkin into what I call "Mr. Derpman the Pumpkin."
I'm getting another one tomorrow.. And I WILL succeed in making a John Lennon pumpkin >:C
(By the way, I'm not actually trying to do his face anymore. Just this:
[Well, the face part] and the word "Imagine." Though technically its still supposed to be his face.. Ah whatever)
