Spam Filter Time Delay
Okay, i'm sure many of you have experienced this problem at least once.
You're trying to say "hi" or "thanks" on a project or gallery, but the spam filter won't let you post because you've already said the same thing too many times on the same project/gallery.
It still says you have posted a similar message recently, even if you said the same thing 1 year ago.
If there was a once-a-month reset or something, it would certainly help a lot.

It thinks something's recent when it was over a year ago? 
That's either a bug or you're mistaken. And it doesn't happen to me... it normally lasts a day for me, not a year.

Same here. I have multiple comments that are similar enough that they would get picked up by the filter. It might be filtered by how many posts there were between the similar ones though; I'm not sure.
