Okay so it would ask for a parent's email if you were under 13.

If you were under 13, then it would block all the words they set in the email.

If you were over 13, there would words that you can use, and ones you cannot (ones offending other users to bully)

This is idea is good, but sounds no safer or much different than others. Older dangerous people could easily join and you know, do what they do.

Mods probably wouldnt be enough.
