Uh this is exsactly what the scratch team dosnt whant, it can couse way to much isues

I know, but I was trying to make people think that Scratchers can help or influence the community, too.

They can and already do.  The Scratchers who aren't mods still report content against the TOU, advise others to stay on the right path, and for the most part contribute to the community.  Just without a fancy title.

Mini-modding presents two issues:
1) The mini-mod may be wrong and can confuse members. 
2) The mini-mod may be unnecessarily too harsh in the situation.

I don't think I need to explain how problematic these issues are, especially when it comes with mini-modding towards new members, younger users, and those who are new to the forum community experience. For this reason, it's best if mini-modding be kept to a minimum, or, even better, have troublesome issues reported so the Scratch Team and Community Moderators can take care of it.

I stated that it is clearly to show that Scratchers can influence the community, and this is just a group of users who

1) Get on often
2) Want to help the community
3) Are dedicated to
  A) Finding and stopping spam
  B) Reporting inappropriate posts
  C) And stopping flame wars.

I agree with you on 3A and 3B, but I think it's best you leave the flame-war-stopping to the moderators - it's actually quite a tricky business. Thanks for your cooperation.
