No, but I have looked up the lyrics. Not really that meaningful to me. It's just singing about their idea of god, which wouldn't really be a worthwhile message to non christians, because it's based on christian values
Well, my main point is that non christian or not, it is more meaningful than Katy Perry, Lady Gaga and other garbage that just sing about a 'good time' if you know what I'm talking about....

Good point your right, its better than that

Which points?
And, anyway, to put my response in a kind, not insulting nutshell:
12three wrote:

"So much better" for everyone?
So, Christians following their "rules" will change the world? What exactly makes you think that?
Also, I believe the world would be a much much better place without any religion at all.. (Not to offend anyone. It just would.. It'd make one less thing to argue about.)

To some people, having a good time might be more important than religion

I know what apparently means.
And, apparently, you just said you and 12three are in a pact to post flamebait. Which is what I was questioning, not the meaning of "apparently."

Cursing
Thats not really a big problem, either.
Cursing basically proves that humans are too dumb to come up with less intense words to use.
And finding it hard to respond appropriately proves some of my points.![]()
Good point. And also i agree if we follow christainaty 24/7 the world would be a better plece, in Iraq they would bew able to take thier dog out for a walk without being scared to death, i agree with 12Three

@Rufflebee and Blade
Stop saying that I'm posting flame bait because I'm NOT. And also, Recycle told me earlier that he was posting a topic that MIGHT cause flaming, and he wanted to see if I agreed.
And as I said several times before, I'm mainly referring to the none-worship rules that Christians, and every other religion, including athiesm follow. Golden rule is the main one. Ringing a bell?

Lol- doesn't really make much sense. I could be reading it wrong.

Anyway, what I'm trying to get at is that popularity is one of the reasons humans have issues. Junk by a famous person gets more views than a Scratch gem made by a non-famous person gets.
I'm ot allowed to flame you about MTV being bad or good, but can I flame you about this?
Not that I would, but that is just asking for a flame. People on Scratch are famous because their stuff is good, and "good" is an opinion. And no need to be all profound about this. I could sum up that whole TL;DR post in 2 sentences.

I sort of agree. my whole family are atheists, i guess that's why.
but if there was no religion, it would make the world better, because:
-Science would be taken more seriously, so better education.
-One less thing to make fun of someone about; their beliefs.
-Less suicide. People DO commit suicide hoping to go to heaven or somewhere better, which they might if that's what you believe.
That's everything I can think of right now.
Hope I'm not offending anyone. I think i might bring up some of these topics in my Social Studies class's Socratic Seminar on Wednesday.
These are some good points!
And, 12three, I think you are basically describing the world in the song 'Imagine' by John Lennon. I don't know why, it just reminds me of it.

Actually, he dislikes John Lennon because he said the Beatles were more popular than christianity or something.
But, the song Imagine is pretty much my view on the world.

My whole family is Catholic, yet I still think the world could do (Quite well) without religion. And every day, my opinion is reinforced more and more.
And I agree with you. (Except for on that last part.. I think suicide is a sin or something, but I don't know.)

Infinity has 2 sides, exactly the same.
Life is the side you see first
Death is the one you never see until it's too late.

Yes.
However, it's not like I'm always going to hold that against him, as this song does support many of my statements.

I'm going to provide you with two examples. I'm not going to say the name of the creator, but you should be able to figure it out.
There was one of a spinning cat; more than six hundred views.
One of The creator saying there were two hidden meanings in the project, all of a sudden THE GAME.
That one has at least eight hundred. Deserving? I think not.
