That's great to hear joeyman!  How do you feel the critiques are going? Do you feel like enough people are offering reviews?  It would be great to hear about your experience as an organizer of a critique group so others can learn about the experience.

What seems to be working well?
How many people are involved? Does that seem like too few? Too many?
Have you had any difficulties keeping things organized?
What advice would you offer others who might consider setting up a critique group?
What things would you have done differently to set up your group?
What features would you find helpful for your group?

Perhaps you could create a project to explain some of these things and share with the rest of us  smile
