What seems to be working well?
How many people are involved? Does that seem like too few? Too many?

What advice would you offer others who might consider setting up a critique group?
What things would you have done differently to set up your group?
What features would you find helpful for your group?
Perhaps you could create a project to explain some of these things and share with the rest of us

I have been helping alot. I do about 2 reviews a day but I give very long reviews.
