I actually dont think so, because I saw a scratcher, not new and he/she had only 4 posts. I think it takes like 2 or more months?

I actually dont think so, because I saw a scratcher, not new and he/she had only 4 posts. I think it takes like 2 or more months?

It varies depending on how much you are active, but you do not need to have loads for it to happen, time is still the main factor.
I think it also varies on how many projects and comments you have.

It isn't at all based on time, its based on activity on the website. For example, if you've been on for 5 months, have no projects, no favorites, no friends, and no galleries, then you will probably still be a new scratcher. In contrast, if you've been on for only 1 month, but have 5 projects, several favorites, a couple of friends, and a few galleries, then you will probably be a scratcher by then.

To put everything simply: The time it takes for you to become a normal Scratcher depends on how active you are on the forums and website, and how helpful you are. Flaming and such will make the time take longer, or even prevent you from becoming a normal Scratcher.
