Okay, my mom got me a new laptop today. It runs Windows 7. Its perfect. Kinda.
It runs:
Scratch
Malware bytes anti Malware
Spybot
Steam
and other unimportant things. But I have one problem:
WHEN I MAKE OR MOVE A FOLDER ETC. I NEED TO RESTART MY COMPUTER TO USE IT*
or I get " 'C:\user\desktop\New folder' refers to a location that is unavailable". Then I reboot my computer and it works. This is already annoying, so if anyone has experienced and fixed this please tell me how. Sorry for the caps abuse by the way.

Ach
Search up on some IT Forums, you might have a default setting bug. No worries, its not serious

Ive had this problem once. Spybot is the search and destroy thing right? I had that and it killed my folders for like a couple days. It was fine after though. I'm not sure if it was spybot or if it just hates me. It was on windows XP for me, which i don't have anymore, so i wouldn't be totally sure.
