not letting me update a gallery icon

I just set up a bunch of galleries so I can further categorize some of the stuff in Cyclone123's math gallery.  For some reason, I am stuck with the default icon image on my Analytical Geometry gallery.  Every time I update the image, it just ignores my update.  It doesn't give me an error message.
