Better forum report system.
Make it where you click buttons for it.. You can click "Disrespectful comment", "Spam", or "Inappropriate" as 3 of the things, there should be more things to report it for.

But isn't that why we have the box where you type the reason for the report?

...and there can be many other reasons for reporting, for example, requesting a topic to be renamed, closed, or moved. So I think the textbox is better.
