Mole day commemorates one of the most important concepts in modern day chemistry: the Mole. A mole of a substance is equal to 6.022x10^23 units, which explains the number tailing the logo.

...and the end numbers (10^23) are the date. The 10th month and the 23rd day! So it'll be gone tomorrow.

It starts at 6:02 Am and ends at 6:02 PM.
Also, the mole is actually just a specific number of moleculers in a substance. ( ie, if you have 6.022x10^23 molecules of H2O, you will have 1 mole of H2O.)
