The Dreamcast. Maybe. Is it actually worth it for me to get it? I hear all this stuff about it, this magazine I get had a huge article, and I just keep hearing about it. Keep this in mind: Not a Sega fan, not a Sonic fan, just a retro game fan. Is it worth it for me considering those 3 facts? Probably not, but meh, might as well try to figure it out. Also, if your going to make that STUPID IDIOTIC JOKE ABOUT FIRE AGAIN, OR ANYTHING SAYING "LOL GET SUMTING NEWZ", GET OUT. THAT MEANS YOU BLADE.
Also, even if I determine it may be worth it, I probably wont get one right away. I'll work on getting stuff for my Commodore 64 first.

Sure! Get a DreamCast if you think you want one!

The problem is I'm not sure if it's worth it for me.
...It probably isn't if you're not a Sega fan.

Yeah, well here's the thing: I bought a Genesis, and it was worth it (I love RKA), but I think the main problem would be I really don't know about the library. Still thinking, though.

Search what games are for it.

Don't get one, get a PS3
Shut up and eat your broccoli, Jimmy.
Also, i'm not gonna dish out 200+ bucks for a system that has nothing to offer for me. Plus it would take me maybe half a year, probably more to get one, and I pay for systems out of my own money. The only game I'm interested in for PS3 is Little Big Planet, and one game is NOT a system seller for me.
I'm content with my Wii and PC, if I want a new system I will wait for Christmas, and get an Xbox 360. Maybe. The point of this topic is if I should buy one for my collection. It's also rather obvious you have nothing to contribute here.

Can't a PS2 play PS1 and PS3 games? And aren't they, like, $100?

I didn't read the long post, but I read your comment
Anyway, it is what I have contributed. The PS3 doesn't offer you anything?
But it only does everything!
And I meant that if you are willing to spend good money on a dreamcast, then you should consider a PS3 as well since they're better than dreamcasts

Dreamcasts are far cheaper. Also I still dunno about it anyway. Remember: I collect these! A post like that feels like an insult to me!

The Commodore 64 you guys keep saying will catch on fire won't do that. (How does a machine get hot if it has no moving parts?)

I don't know, but that's not what we were talking about up there
If the commodore is like a prehistoric computer, it should at least heat up like a regular computer

it has some cool games that aren't Sonic.
Actually, my Dreamcast is upstairs and I can't think of one Sonic game for it.
PS: Don't ever come to the Fall Festival at my lil' sister's school. I'm warning you. There's about 3 guys walking around in Sonic suits while dancing.

1. Okay, name them.
2. I know of 3, there are probably more. Also Shenmue looks cool.
3. ...WHAT.
