I've been thinking about this for a while. Often times when you report a forum post, you don't want moderators to deal with it because it is inappropriate, sometimes you want to moderator to rename or move the post.
I imagine this makes it more difficult for moderators to quickly address inappropriate posts if they must search through all the mundane reports.
Therefore, I think when you click on the "Report" button, there should be a checkbox labeled "Report Post as Inappropriate?"
If you check this box the report goes through a filter that makes it distinguishable from other reports, and moderators can then deal with these first.
Sorry I don't have a mockup, but I haven't had a chance to make one.
Does anyone have questions/ideas about this suggestion?
