I believe it stands for CooLUesT Thing EveR. It would be nice to have a convenient link, but my guess is that they might try to integrate the look of the website to match Scratch more closely.

it could be beside galleries or something because its kind of related

this thing would really work for those artists making slideshows or animated series
too bad theyll never see it cause they dont exit the program ha

Agreed with coolstuff and fullmoon. It needs a little fine tuning before it's ready to be easily noticeable by the majority of Scratch users.
