PopChips

Having a dad who works at Whole Foods doesn't come without advantages. A few months ago, I was introduced to a new brand of potato chips. They were more healthy than normal potato chips, because they weren't fried. Nor were they baked, because that does not give you the awesomeness of a potato chips.

They are called PopChips, and you have not lived until you've tried them. Go down to Whole Foods and get them. NOW!

Have you ever been introduced to a product, that is just flat-out amazing, and has changed your life? What is it?

Re: PopChips

I had those before. Their pretty good, not the best, but decent chips for a snack.

Re: PopChips

Not fried or even baked?
Hey pops let's slice up some raw potatoes and put em in a bag, the kids will love these
What do they taste like? This sounds like an ad for the chips. Your dad put you up to it?

They taste unique. Definitely, not like raw potatoes.

And, no my dad did not make me do this. My dad doesn't even own the PopChips company. He just works at Whole Foods, and they sell PopChips there. I am not in anyway associated with them, and nor is my dad. They are just sold at his store.

They're actually popped, like popcorn.

Barbeque
Sea Salt & Vinegar
Salt & Pepper
Parmesan Garlic
Cheddar
Sour Cream & Onion
Original

Complete list of flavours :3

I really like these. My dad got an entire 2 big postage boxes as pay for promoting them at our new grocery store down the street. It was really yummy.

I laughed at something on the nutrition facts label:

By Cholesterol, it says 0mg, which is like OMG!  lol

Re: PopChips

Boiling a potato is how you make mashed potatoes
That's obviously not how it works, the thin chips would be mush

...

Its possible to boil a potato without it becoming 'mush'.

Hmmm.... according to the website, the chips are cooked by popping. I wonder how that is done...

Yeah, of course
But think about it
They're cutting it up into thin chips, and putting them into a bag
