Glitched Project

Everytime I try to download a project, it takes me to one my sister made, and didn't post! Why does it do that? It only works on my mom's profile, but if I get on her profile, it drives me nuts! Does anyone know why?

That sounds quite strange as usually when you download a project, it should open up in Scratch.. Do the projects you download show up anywhere else on your computer though? Eg: The downloads folder?
