Re: Help Me!!!!!!! Please Answer Soon!!!! Undo My Comment?

Do you mean this link? http://scratch.mit.edu/password_recovery

EDIT: Ah, I think I get it now - the password recovery link sends out an e-mail with a reset link so the password can be reset.

There's no way to undo a comment, but there is a way to make the password recovery link inactive - just send another request for a password reset and that should make the first one (in the comment) inactive.

If you really want the comment gone, email the Scratch Team at help@scratch.mit.edu with the link to the comment in question, and they can get it removed for you.  smile

Re: Help Me!!!!!!! Please Answer Soon!!!! Undo My Comment?

If it's the link that cheddargirl initially gave, don't worry! The page sends an email conformation to the email of the username that is typed in - so, if anyone does type your name, simply ignore/delete the email without going to the page that the email is linked to, and your password won't get reset. Only people with access to the email account that you signed up with will be able to get to the page that you actually reset the password with  smile

You could also have pm'd the project creator requesting that they delete the comment

There's no PMing on Scratch, though.

I'm taking a break from Scratch until 2.0 comes out. Any messages sent between then and now probably won't be read - sorry.
