make your password extremely hard to guess, then write it on paper and thumbtack it to your wall so you don't forget it. 
And it's not likely this hacker is Kaj. It could be anyone.

Hey owlman, easy passwords are usually one of the main reasons as to how an account can be compromised easily - but having you account compromised does not mean you-know-who is back.
if you think your account has been compromised, you should e-mail this situation to the Scratch Team (see here).
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease
