Is there a subversion repository with the scratch source out there somewhere? I'd like to check it out. This is an open source project, right?

It would still be nice if you could provide read-only access to whatever vcs you are using there (cvs/svn/git/hg/bzr/etc). Are there barriers to this? Do you need help?
