Yes, but now we have ITopics instead!

What are those?

They're the topics linked to in the All About Scratch index - it stands for Index Topic. The index is the stickied All About Scratch topic. It was made to reduce the number of stickies, which were verging on excessive.

Excessive? It wasn't as bad as New Scratch Members and maybe Show and Tell.  tongue

Meh, All About Scratch was getting more stickies as well.  big_smile

Wah... I had a goal to get a sticky in every forum, and I had finally conquered All about Scratch (which I thought would never happen)...  tongue

And I lost my TBG sticky as well; I unstickied it because it wasn't of much use anymore.  hmm

Well, we'll probably implement ITopics in the other forums, soon, so ITopics will be the new Stickies!

Thanks!  big_smile

BTW, sorry for forgetting to do the chapter on the experimental viewer. >_< As for the recent election, I might do one - but I won't do one every time, because that would be a bit silly, won't it?

I just think it might be important to do one for this election just to note that this was the start of the 14-year rule.

That was why I was considering it. ;D

I think I'll do a chapter on Scratch Resources now...  big_smile

Nice! That was a little fun too see (Scratch 1.2 BETA) because I am used to the Scratch 1.4 interface.

It is a bit odd knowing that all new users have never seen anything older than 1.4...  tongue

I used 1.2 a LONG time ago .  smile

There was also a scratch mug for a reward, and I won a pico-board and the mug then. Yay!

Re: ITopic: An un-brief history of Scratch

I have experienced many events on this list, like the 1,000,000 project mark, and the Experimental Viewer.  But a lot of this I didn't know about until now.  The Scratch Community has come a long way.  I only know up to last fall (Northern Hemisphere).  By the way, an update: the Archived Forums have been removed!  Read about it here: http://scratch.mit.edu/forums/viewtopic.php?id=49826.  This happened a couple days before November 10, 2010 I expect, because of this:
