Well, first you have to learn more about the Scratch program. Seeing as you've only been on for 12 days, you probably have a lot to learn.

Study projects you find complex. I would recommend not looking at ones involving trig if you don't know trig, but other than that, just study how people code things, use variables, movement, animation, etc.

for every numerical variable, create two variables. One stores the real part, the other the imaginary part!

There really is no one way of just making a complex project.
Just try adding new things you have learned onto your projects.
