I did not notice. Also, how come wifi dosen't work? Who's your provider? I'll help troubleshoot.

EDIT: Make sure you have at least one open space in your party! Mew will be lvl 5. According to PokémonGoldSilver.com

Don't select continue, instead, go down below "CONNECT WITH POKéWALKER" and you'll see "MYSTERY GIFT". Go there, and select "GET VIA Nintendo Wi-Fi CONNECTION".
