My graphic
ok i posted this once i figured what i thought i needed but it still didnt help. Well, I designed this graphic on scratch it is 1 sprite i saved it to my pictures but it does not upload what do i do to make it a normal picture please help me

Is it a gif, a bitmap, a jpeg, a png, or something else?
Paintshop, for example, by default saves files as .psp files, which scratch won't recognise.

I'm pretty sure that Scratch exports costumes in sprites to .gif.
But, I exported once, and it went to .bmp fine
Can anyone be sure of this?

generally JPEG format files are typed like this:
somefile.jpg
with a .jpg extension rather than .jpeg

Step 2: save graphic
step 3: upload picture as icon (trouble)
i have saved it under jpg,gif,and all that stuff i just do not understand why it will not work

1) Make graphic in what? Scratch?
2) Save graphic how? What button are you clicking/menu item are you selecting?
