Yes.
It also has metaphorical values about what I should eat for breakfast. If it heads toward the top, I get McDonald, if it heads toward the bottom, I eat squid.

NoScript is probably preventing the message center script from running (it happened to me when I installed NoScript for the first time). Did you right click on the Scratch web page and set NoScript to allow all scripts on the Scratch website?

I don't really know how to get into the options. My browser got updates and the button I normally had used for that was merged with the one beside it, and I haven't learned how to work with it
