they probably have no idea a bunch of kids a thousand miles away actually care. How much do you want to bet Hallmark will make a TV movie about this?
Probably not a movie, but a documentary about the miners and how they fared inside of the mine. I would like to see how they stayed sane, how they passed time, what went through their minds, n' stoof.

we got to watch the pod come down for the 18th or 19th miner in SS class today! (the view from the bunker, not the surface)

That's amazing! Congratulations to the brave miners

I just found out: One of the miners who is an Elvis fan is getting an all-expense-paid trip over here to Memphis, to tour Graceland

They're all out and safe now.
They have been since 2am this morning. In the UK.

I heard one of the miners were greeted by both his wife and mistress, but the two women didn't know each other
it probably ended in a fight or something. I've heard a very similar story from a guy who said he was taking part in the recovery of a downed airplane, and the wife and mistress of the pilot showed up and got in a fight.

Their all out now, but they were down there for 69 days. It took 22 1/2 hours to get them all out.
