Oh yea, and I forgot to mention. It's fun to just mess around and be dumb with people on xbox live xD One time we were playing free for all on team deathmatch on Mw2. We lost a point everytime we killed one of our own team mates, but we still won

1) Are you more interested in a media-centric device, that has games as well, or a game-centric device that has media options too?
2) Are you more concerned about being able to take it wherever you go, or having really high quality content at home?

I don't really know about those,so it sort of makes it harder to decide

On the upside, the iPod is cheaper in the long run. It's also very useful on the go, but if you already have an iPod, it's not really necessary other than for entertainment/news/social apps. So if you can afford it, probably the X-Box.
