how fast is turbo speed?
how much faster is turbo speed than normal?

I think it depends quite a lot on many factors.

I don't think anyone's really measured it, and like colorfusion said, it depends. Also, it's not recommended to make a project that requires it because it often results in inaccurate movement and you have to download to use it.
