Whenever I get the 60 second wait between posts message, all I have to do is slow count to 10, and then I can post. No matter how quickly I post a new message, if I get the 60 second message, I can always post after only 10 seconds. Glitch, or coincidence?

Lemme test it out...
Edit: Doesn't seem to work for me.

Hmm - I reckon it's just a coincidence. Perhaps it just seems like you're posting some posts closer together than others, when they're more or less the same time apart

Probably coincidence. I to have noticed people wait process something in their head, and then count and by then it has already expired? I have no idea!

Are you sure?
Or is the counting v-e-r-y slow?

It's 60 seconds since your last post, not the time you get the actual message
That's really all there is to say on the matterOffline

Oh
If it was 60 seconds since you get the actual message it would get very annoying!
