Delete the other post, since you have this one lol, and here are my conclusions:
They imported the sprite and background (which i saw a lot of the projects and they are based of your work which leads me to saying it might be a bug)

I asked them and they said that they didn't import them!

Aww... darn it! What if that user's project gets a whole bunch of remixes and that users project gets on the front page? Oh well... It's still my project!
