I'm pretty sure in terms of number of apps, iPod Touch still has more. (iPhone app resized to the iPad's screen doesn't really count)

And definitely iPod Touch. If you want a bigger screen, just get a netbook.

Depends.

iPad is better for watching videos. Good for the full screen.

But in general, iPod touch is better. Because, it's more portable. And besides the stuff mentioned above, it's basically an iPad.

The iPad has a wonderful display and is a pleasure to use... The huge screen just makes it simple and it acts naturally. It's basically a touchscreen computer that does everything you want a touchscreen computer to do. But it's pretty expensive.

iPod Touch is much more leisurely. It's way cheaper, but the tiny display means that browsing the internet isn't always the best experience.
