My Opinion:
I think Super smash Bros. Crusade is a bit better because it has way more content than Super Smash Flash 2. SSBC's physics engine is more advanced and it has less glitches and exploits than SSF2 (for example, Link owning Kirby by using his standard combo on him). However, SSF2 wins in terms of spriting. I think both games still have a lot of potential and with demos coming around the corner (SSBC Demo 0.6 and SSF2 v0.7) who knows what surprises each game has?

There will be supposedly 60-80 characters in the final version of SSBC. I don't know any other confirmed characters other than the ones in the character section of the forums.
