I went rollerblading last night!

It was awesome!

I fell over a few times and landed on my wrist 7/8 of them, but it was still fun.

I think the fastest I got up to was 7 mph   tongue

I'm pretty good at them, but I prefer ice skating  smile

Have any of you gone rollerblading recently?

Recently? No- I've never been rollerblading at all XD
Uhh.. I've been ice skating before, but that didn't end up well -_-
I haven't been ice skating in years. When ever my sister asks me to go with her, I refuse, because I remember the horrible times I had at the skating rink when I was eight. And because I don't know how to ice skate, anyway  tongue  I think my mom is going to make me sign up for lessons, though, so I have a feeling I will be spending my weekends this winter at the rec center, attempting to ice skate with a bunch of six year olds o_O

I enjoy roller blading, and do it occasionally, but ice skating is so much better.

I mean, you can go way faster, don't have to wear kneepads and that stuff, and you glide and turn a lot more smoothly.~

But, yeah, I've roller-bladed before.

I used to roller blade a little and I liked it, but I wasn't very fast, and I always kept losing my balance and falling over.  tongue  Same with ice skating.

When I was 15 I used my rollerblades everywhere.. I also crashed everywhere.. not a pretty sight. And I got some scars on my knees. I will have to buy myself new ones now though.

I used to ice-skate, and I've never roller-bladed ever.
There's actually a reward trip from school to go ice-skating, but i can't. I've just got my walking cast off (yesterday) but today I fell over and pulled my achille's tendon.  sad
I wanna rollerskate!!  smile

I never went rollerblading. I love ice skating though, because it's so close to what cycling (track) is like.

I fail at ice skating, but I can roller skate backwards and do the limbo, but I always lose xD
