If you want any help with scrolling, view my latest project. It is only one sprite and one script, but it will suffice. The only problem is that all of the test sprites will have to use color sensing instead of ground sensing, which is a bit of a drawback.

The big problem was your centers of rotations were crazy O-o
I also tweaked a bit of your code.
