Re: !@#$

ScratchReallyROCKS:

There are actually some browsers' versions that do mess the log-ins' up. The Operating System ( OS ) is basically the same thing, some mixes may or may not work. It's like a Window's 7 uses Window 95 security software. It just won't work. Same with Firefox, EI, Chrome, or any other browser you use. Some mixes just won't work. Some people may have extensions or add-on for their browsers that do things to the cookies, or change web pages. Like the Ad-Block Plus for Firefox, that may block advertisements, but it may block other programs too. It's like running a Flash Game that requires Adobe Flash Player 10 on Adobe Flash 5.

What are your Cookie Settings? Make sure "Keep Until" is "Until They Expire". How are you randomly logging out? Just randomly or when you open up the browser and come to the site?

That's interesting... What OS ( Operating System ) and Browser ( include version ) do you have?

Hey, I don't yell THAT loud.  tongue

It's true though. I'm not saying that the browser isn't the problem for everyone, but it's not for me. I think it's a problem with the Scratch site's cookie writing code. It happens in every browser I've tried on my computer. But the OS could be the problem (not likely, but possible)

Anyway, I'm using Safari 5.0.2 on Mac OS X 10.6.4.

"LOL MAC SUX AND SO DUZ SAFARI!"
^ I bet someone will say that.

Re: !@#$

Not true. Even when I'm using Windows, I use Safari, and I generally use a Mac anyways  smile

Anyhow, I'm not really sure about a solution to your problem. I suppose for now you'll just have to bear with it; hopefully it'll go away for you in the same way it did for me.

Re: !@#$

Safari 5.0.2 - http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1070
Mac 10.6 - http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4150

Looks like Safari has different SHA1 Hashes... I have no real comment on this, it's still a "thought in progress"  tongue

Anyone else having this problem? Mind giving me ( and others ) your OS ( Operating System ) and browser? Include the version please. Very vital.

- Actually, the only thing I have against other browsers are Chrome ( not so much ) and Internet Explorer ( a lot )

That is my theory, it doesn't do that with Firefox for me, and with everything else, it does!  big_smile
