Maybe you could do the interview somewhere else, then post it in a scratch project, then make a show and tell topic?

I don't see it as a chat topic. The questions are very focused - I assume they are for a Scratch project of some sort? This could go either in Collaboration or in All About Scratch. I'll move it to All About Scratch. Have a good interview smile
