Quick Question.

I'm still working on my new animation series, but I'm still mucking about optimizing everything, drawing concepts, and the like. And writing the script. The main thing is this: Should I stop messing around conceptualizing and get to work or keep on trying to get everything to look good and work story-wise and art-wise?

Re: Quick Question.

Will this be a Scratch-based animation series?

Seriously. The key to getting anything done is to put some epic music on, sit down, and program/write/record/draw.

Stop messing and start cracking.

Re: Quick Question.

If you don't have a good concept, you can't really make your series the best that it can be. Would you rather have a half developed cast or an end result you'd be proud of?

Re: Quick Question.

Spend as much time as needed on it. It can't be rushed. I'm working on an animation, and I find it easier to think about it and add to it little by little.

Re: Quick Question.

I'd sit down and write a 5-page story about the concept to get myself into a groove, review it 10 times, and then start on drawing.

Somewhere along the way I'll look at some Dilbert or Garfield to get some inspiration  smile

Why would you choose the obviously worse choice without even giving a reason for it?
