Sorry to hear that you want to uninstall Scratch. 
The uninstaller for Scratch should found in the same folder that the Scratch program is located in.
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease

Yeah, it's pretty weird that someone would want to.

Well, you never know - sometimes problems can come up with which uninstalling the program may be the best solution.
