Hmm - if you have GIMP, you can make something similar by taking a large square of colour for the background, then adding the text in a comparatively small size. You then merge the text down, and go to Filters>Animation>Spinning globe (or something like that), and choose the number of frames in the animation. You can then crop/scale the image.
