...So Katy Perry's episode on Sesame Street is removed for...really somewhat dumb reasons while, 4kids has had things probably way worse like, I dunno, YESTERDAY MORNING. I dunno, maybe I'm complaining for no reason, but I just find them to be really inconsistent. (Then again, their lazyness helped Animaniacs.

I liked the dress a lot personally. So much that I saved all the pictures to my USB.
LOLWUT
I flipping hate Katy Perry!
But she did a good job on Sesame Street. (I make fun of Sesame Street a lot, but it's actually a very clever show, that even adults can enjoy).

Greeeat, another topic about this.

I can't find a logical reason for why I should fret over what goes on, on kids shows.

It isn't about that in general, I was TRYING to talk about how inconsistent the censors are.
Honestly, what does that matter?
You didn't really show anything and only provided one example

You are sitting in front of a computer typing so you can accomplish nothing. Then again, so am I.

Ew. I don't like Katy Perry... both her parents are pasters, she used to be a Christian artist... and now she sings songs about.... questionable topics.

I think there is some kind of consensus about what is and what is not allowed on public television. The thing is that different channels also have a tendency to apply additional standards to what they want and do not want on their station. 4Kids is kind of pretty strict on their censorship policy, but they cater to a different audience than PBS (which is usually subject to more scrutiny) and can therefore get away with showing certain content that some parents might object to.

i hate christian music. it's all the same; "i love youuu jesus! you're so cool! i love you so much! i love so much! i have no life outside of church and spend all my life worrying about afterlife so i donate all my time and money to the church! wooooooooo"
and katy perry's music is actually really clever.

Hey! Listen to some more varied Christian music before you judge. And that comment was highly insulting to me and pretty much any other Christian out there. I don't make fun of your beliefs, do I?

I know, right? And it's not all like that! Try Christian rock. [/flamebait]
On topic, that dress really wasn't too bad considering that in, say, Diary of A Wimpy Kid, nothing is censored, even though in most drawings of adult women, the proportions are... well, exaggerated, to say the least.
