You can actually do most of those already, except the record and crop. Follow could be point towards ______ move __ steps, minimize is just a smaller size, drag is just clicking the little lock (unless you are talking about the pen tool and the drawings you made with it, in that case I have been trying hard to make a squeak hack for it) The glide block is a regular block, but before it executes the script it broadcasts "start effect" and the broadcast reception script performs the effect of your choice, if it is rolling then have the object rotate, and the random costume thing just do what AlanProjects said.
