I fell on the bunny hill once while I was skiiing. 
I was going too fast, and my skis got tangled. Then I went kind of out of it and tried to walk into a restaurant with my skis still on. XD

One time, I was racing my brother to the car after church, and my brother randomly tripped and went down, bringing me with him, face to the asphalt Yeah we went all the way home (about a 45 minute drive) covered in cut, scratches, and glass/rock fragments stuck in our hands. That was about a year ago.

LOL. That made my day...
I was jumping over a traffic cone in gym while doing laps, and my friend tried to shove me into my other friend at the same time... He cushioned my fall, and I cushioned the cone's fall . Then this jerk began laughing at us while my friend (The one who shoved me) helped us both up. He then was chased by two angry people, but the traffic cone just lay there like a lump.
It was awkward + Funny.
