Opinions on skool

I love it so far! 4th grade is really fun. We have anoles in science, our anole is named billybob.

My opinion on school is that by 4th grade they should teach you how to spell school correctly.

My elementary school SUCKED compared to my middleschool.

My elmentary school had no idea how to handle 4th and 5th graders. Or picky 3rd graders for that matter.  tongue

I mean, we had these things to celebrate student achievements every nine weeks, and when I was young you got like twelve every time but when you got older it was just a stupid thing where you sat down and heard, "Jeremiah Trottman, Harkat Mulds, Adam Savage . . ." over and over until they called your name. Then that was all, ohyeah, except for listening to every single other grade before that.

Names of students borrowed from random books and TV shows.

I'm glad to think that the community will always be kind and helpful, the language will always be a fun and easy way to be introduced into programming, the motto will always be: Imagine, Program, Share - Nomolos

It's decent. I've made quite a few good new friends, and I've been reintroduced to kids who went to first grade and such with me. My old friends (From fifth/fourth grade) and I aren't exactly as close- But, then again, we were never very close in the first place. Morning are pretty tough, considering I wake up at five and get only 8-5 hours of sleep. I have yet to miss the bus, which is good. The bus is fun, for the most part. At the bus stop, my friend and I throw rocks at the stop sign, and we argue over who "owns" the street. I gave him the street sign, but I got the stop sign and the road. Though my other friend thinks the stop sign's hers, because the road is mine.. And my sister just sits off to the side and laughs at our ridiculous-ness. Then, on the bus, it's fun to mess with people while they're only half-awake. And, I usually bring my iPod on the bus with me (Or, sometimes my friend brings her's instead), so we listen to that. Er.. The actual school part is okay. It's great at some times, but horrible at others. Usually, half-way through the day, I just want to leave. I usually just give myself something to look forward to at the end of the day- Social Studies (Fourth/Final period on B days), Drama Club Auditions (Though it's been cancelled EVERY TIME.), Sitting with my friends in science (Fourth/Final period on A days), Showing my friend one of my favorite songs when we get on the bus, talking to my friends on the bus, stuff like that.

I hope you get to like school more!

In my opinion, middle school is 10x better then elemantary school. Middle school is awesome for me. All my teachers are awesome. Portuguese can just be very boring sometimes.

To me, every school year is pretty much the same, except you learn some new things.

The good part is that we have this writing assignment to write an entire novel in one month.  big_smile

I'm in 8th grade too, but I have cool teachers. For example, My Algebra teacher tells us tons of awesome stories about her nephew, Jack (Who, by the way, does CRAZY things!). In my opinion, Middle School is WAY better than elementary school. Well, at least my old elementary school  smile
