Scratch

1.) One that looked like a frog that my bus driver, who is also my friend's aunt, made for my friend's birthday.
2.) Maybe you could use an icing-thing to make a little ribbon thing in the middle? I dunno, but good luck making them 
3.) Er, depends how you make it.
4.) I dunno, probably.

Oh, and don't forget eggs. Once, my sister and I were making brownies, and we forgot to put eggs in them. They turned out, uh, interesting. o_O

Cut up some strawberries into this slices and design them like hearts (or grab some dried ones, it won't matter too much in this case). Grab some whipped cream and dab some on the cupcake, then place the strawberry on top. Darn, I wish I had strawberrys    But that's a good idea

I've never heard of a pastry with rootbeer flavor. It would be interesting to try. I wish there was such a thing as tele-taste xD That way you could taster these awesome Coka Cola muffins my friend made xD

4) I accidently used melted margarin instead of oil in my cupcakes. Will it still taste good?
That will depend on the taste of the margarine. Unless the margarine tastes seriously terrible, it shouldn't matter too much - it would be like substituting the oil for butter. I just finished baking, they still tasted great
