Salutations Everyone.

Hello, my name is Thomas and I am glad to be apart of this community. I am a programming hobbyist and so I program in all different types of languages. Among all I am glad that I get to have fun with Scratch and I also get to help younger children learn some basic programming fundamentals if they ever want to turn it into a career later in there life.

I've decided to take some time to give some to Scratch every day since most users here are still at a learning process. My studies have been going well and my Technology Professor said I should take a look at Scratch and/or Stencyl. Since Scratch seems a bit more child oriented I'll stay here and give some to the future programmers of the coming generation here at Scratch.

Thanks for your time, and for this opportunity.

Regards, Thomas.

Hey there, DistantLimit!  smile

It seems you're interested in using Scratch as a learning tool. There's a website called ScratchED, designed for Scratch educators in mind. You might want to consider joining that site as well.  smile

Hi Thomas.  smile

Have fun . . . teaching us. Wait, maybe we should get rid of this guy. (Just kidding)

I'm glad to think that the community will always be kind and helpful, the language will always be a fun and easy way to be introduced into programming, the motto will always be: Imagine, Program, Share - Nomolos

I fall: It's a tragedy. You fall: It's comedy.
Hmph enjoy your fall - I get a lovely spring... without pans of new leaves.

I think he may just want to teach the site, not a class.

Maybe, but ScratchED is still a good site for those who want to teach Scratch.  tongue

Thanks, for the link to that wonderful website. It indeed sounds helpful since I think educating younger children and other users of the Scratch Community would be a great thing to do.

Thanks, for all the inviting responses!
